Cancellation Policy

Khadim Solutions believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the operational team and the Operations team has initiated the process of assignment. Cancellation and refund of fees or charges will be strictly governed by the Company’s Refund Policy as informed and declared from time to time.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the same-day delivery category.

No cancellations are entertained for those products/services that the Khadim Solutions marketing team has obtained on special discounts and offers on occasions like New Year, Anniversary, Festivals, Foundation Day, etc. These are limited-occasion offers, and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy

When you purchase our products or services, you’re protected by our 48-hour money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, we’ll gladly provide a full refund, with deductions for legal documents or services rendered. Payment Terms – B2B (Business To Business)

Price Revisions
Khadim Solutions reserves the right to revise pricing with prior written notice. Revised prices will take effect from the next billing cycle, unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing & Invoicing
All fees for Khadim Solutions products and services shall be charged as per the agreed proposal, quotation, or subscription plan. Invoices will be raised electronically and shared with the client via email.

Payment Due Date
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices are payable within 15 days from the date of the invoice. For subscription-based services, payments must be made in advance for the applicable billing cycle.

Mode of Payment
Payments may be made through bank transfer, online payment gateway, or any other mode mutually agreed upon. All applicable taxes, duties, or government levies shall be borne by the client.

Late Payments
In case of delayed payments, Khadim Solutions reserves the right to:

Levy a late payment charge of 10% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law), and/or

Suspend access to services until outstanding dues are cleared.

Service Suspension & Termination
Failure to make payment beyond 30 days from the due date may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of services, without any liability on Khadim Solution’s part.

Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement or required by applicable law.

Disputed Invoices
Any invoice-related disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt of the invoice. Failure to do so shall be deemed as acceptance of the invoice.

Payment Terms – B2C (Business To Customer)

1. Pricing & Charges
   The prices for Khadim Solutions services are displayed on our website, application, or checkout page and may vary based on the selected plan or service. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment Timing
   All payments must be made in advance before accessing paid features or services. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as applicable).
3. Accepted Payment Methods
   Customers can make payments using debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other payment methods made available on the platform from time to time.
4. Subscription Renewal
   Subscriptions may be set to auto-renew unless cancelled by the customer before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise ASK Khadim to charge the applicable fees for the next billing cycle.
5. Late or Failed Payments
   If a payment fails or is not completed:
   • Access to paid services may be temporarily restricted, and
   • Continued failure may result in cancellation of the subscription/contract/project/assignment.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
   Payments once made are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated under a specific offer or refund policy. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the billing cycle.
7. Service Suspension
   Khadim Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice in case of payment failure, misuse of services, or violation of applicable terms.
8. Changes in Pricing
   Khadim Solutions may revise prices or subscription plans from time to time. Any such changes will be communicated in advance electronically and will apply from the next billing cycle.
9. Taxes
   All applicable taxes, including GST or other statutory levies, shall be charged as per prevailing laws and shown at checkout or on the invoice/receipt.
